Louis J. Coletti
President & CEO
Building Trades Employers' Association

Louis J. Coletti is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Building Trades Employer’s Association. The BTEA is the nation’s largest organization representing 26 union trade contractors associations and 1,200 union contractors in New York City.

He previously served as Senior Vice President at the construction management firm of Bovis Lend Lease and prior to that as President & Chief Executive Officer of the New York Building Congress.

Mr. Coletti is active in many civic and industry organizations. He serves on the Governor’s Corporate Roundtable, NYS Apprenticeship Training Council, Mayor’s Workforce Investment Board and is on the Executive Board of the Association For A Better New York.

He also serves as Chairman of the Mayor’s Building Industry Advisory Council, Chairman of the Construction Skills Initiative Board of Directors, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Non-Traditional Employment For Women.

Mr. Coletti holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the New York University Robert Wagner School of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. He also is a graduate of the David Rockefeller Fellows Program.
