Under an agreement with the Building & Construction Trades Council (BCTC), the Building Trades Employers' Association (BTEA) administers the New York Plan for the Resolution of Jurisdictional Disputes. It is the only dispute resolution plan of its kind in the nation providing mediation and arbitration services for resolving construction jurisdictional disputes in a timely manner.
