Labor Relations

Labor relations are an important part of BTEA’s mission and activities. This section will provide you with the current Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) as well as the New York Plan and related Green Book decisions.

The New York Plan for Jurisdictional Disputes is currently administered by the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York. This Plan is a dispute resolution plan which provides mediation and arbitration services for resolving construction jurisdictional disputes in a timely manner. The New York Plan had been previously administered by the BTEA until 2012.
